A l\u2019inverse, la non d\u00e9tection des s\u00e9quences du g\u00e8ne\u00a0<em>RHD<\/em>\u00a0indique que le f\u0153tus pr\u00e9sente un g\u00e9notype\u00a0<em>RHD<\/em>\u00a0n\u00e9gatif.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->La pr\u00e9sence du g\u00e8ne\u00a0<em>RHD<\/em>\u00a0f\u0153tal dans l\u2019ADN du plasma maternel est d\u00e9tect\u00e9e par PCR en temps r\u00e9el cibl\u00e9e sur 3 r\u00e9gions distinctes du g\u00e8ne\u00a0<em>RHD<\/em>\u00a0: les exons 5, 7 et 10 afin de d\u00e9tecter tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cifiquement le plus grand nombre de variants du g\u00e8ne\u00a0<em>RHD<\/em>.
